NUTRITION ADVICE & MEAL PLANS
Nutrition is the foundation of our health. Every fitness and training objective needs to be supported with good nutrition and hydration if we are to stand any chance of accomplishing our target. Put simply we cannot out-train a poor diet. For the most part this can be achieved through education, consistency and discipline. Discipline should not translate to Suffering and in my experience we can actually make this an enjoyable and therefore sustainable process by focusing on three key points.
a. What you are eating – Macronutrients (Proteins, Fats & Carbohydrates) and Micronutrients (Vitamins & Minerals).
b. When you are eating – Meal schedules in harmony with day to day lifestyle and consideration to pre and post workout timings.
c. How much you are eating – Based on Metabolic rate, Daily Activity and the daily requirement for a Caloric Deficit or Surplus based on what we are trying to accomplish.
Together we will be in constant communication to determine a nutrition plan that is going to align with your health and fitness objectives. I will do the number crunching and calibration but ultimately it is you that is accountable for the successful implementation. Equally as important is that our agreed protocol must work for you in harmony with your lifestyle, work obligations, dietary requirements and overall pleasure because food is one of life's luxuries!
