We will equally ensure you are defence savvy by incorporating Catches, Covers, Slips, Rolls, Pivots and Angles before formulating complex chain combinations for the most dynamic workout you have ever experienced.
In addition to the boxing principles mentioned previously, Kickboxing will further develop your arsenal with the addition of elbow and knee strikes as well as kicking technique. Front, Side and Round Kicks form phase 1, Axe and Hook Kicks feature in phase 2 before phase 3 incorporates Foot Sweeps, Spinning and Jumping techniques. This develops fast twitch muscle fibres through plyometric training and a HIIT workout that has to be experienced to be believed.
MMA (MIXED MARTIAL ARTS)
To round off your martial experience should you choose is to piece the striking elements from our Boxing and Kickboxing training together in hybrid form with the addition of close quarter grappling and submission techniques derived from Brazilian JiuJitsu, Wrestling and Combat Sambo.
I have developed a sub-training system called Alpha Padwork, a training tool designed to accelerate your Boxing and Martial arts learning through Dynamic Simulation. We gradually learn a new language to sharpen your process time and bring the pads to life as we Punch, Kick, Elbow and Knee safely into focus pads whilst fine tuning our defensive prowess and reflexes through head movement, blocks, angles and footwork.
